                Delegates Fleischauer and Marcum move to amend HB4742 on page 3, line 73 through 75, by striking out the words ”organization 0507; in the amount of $1,000,000 from the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management – West Virginia  Interoperable Radio Project, fund 6295, fiscal year 2016”;

                And,

                On page 10 and 11, lines 256 and 257, by striking out the words “the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management – West Virginia Interoperable Radio Project, fund 6295, fiscal year 2016, organization 0606 be decreased by expiring the amount of $1,000,000;”.
